Maestro Bruno Weil is world-renowned as one of the leading conductors of Viennese Classicism. Born in Germany, Mr Weil was a master student of Hans Swarowsky and Franco Ferrara. He was named General Music Director of the City of Augsburg in 1981, Germany’s youngest General Music Director at that time. He recently resigned his post as General Music Director of the City of Duisburg, Germany.

Bruno Weil has performed with leading symphony orchestras, including the Berlin Philharmonic, Vienna Philharmonic, Dresden Staatskapelle, Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, Boston Symphony Orchestra and Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
