PATRICK GALLOIS is one of the outstanding flautists of his generation. His very french personality creates a refined and delicate quality in his music making. This places him among the elite of European musicians, both as soloist and chamber player. He studied under Jean-Pierre Rampal and Maxence Larrieu at the Paris Conservatoire where he obtained a unanimous first prize.
PATRICK GALLOIS became principal flautist of the Lille Orchestra straight from College and went on to become principal flautist and soloist with the French National Orchestra, a position he held for seven years, enabling him to play under some of the greatest international conductors.
His name is frequently found at many of Europe’s International Music Festivals.
